- If you donate to a charity organization what's the purpose? Or if you don't, is there any reason?
When I was young, about thirties, I had have donated small money for self-satisfaction. When I had donated, I felt proud that I had done something important. And I felt that it was some kind of obligation.

But now-days, I do not donate any more after heard the news. It was the news about a charity organization and peoples who worked in. they had spent big money for their luxury not for helping others who needed more money or house, waters.

 

- Even if we watch/follow rich's method, we couldn't be rich. What would be the reason?
It seems to be a matter of steadiness. Many of people knows or heard about the way to be rich or to be success. But there are few people who practice the way till the end. There are some reasons, in my thought, the one is that most of them are not on the cliff. And next is that we have tomorrows to practice the way of success, all the time. So, some of succeeded people says, live like today is your last day.     

- When people say "Travel", is it defined by making a plan or by boarding the plane?

 

I think, planning is the start of the travel. When we think where to go and what to do at there, we feel some happy. When we are on boarding, we are traveling already.

 

- If you've got kids, what kind of job do you want your kids to get, stable but low payment vs High risk High return?

I’d advise her to choose the stable job which will help earning the money when she is old.

 

- When buying your first car, should it be a new one? or used one?

I’d choose the new. When I was young, the first is the new, the next will be new. But the first is used, then the next would be used. If you don’t have enough money for the new, you might postpone to buy the car till save the money enough. I have bought many new cars for decades by cash not using the loan.
