- During the relationship, do you share your phone with your partner? Or Until what extent, Can you share?

Re: Lending something is OK, but sharing is not OK. I could not find what to share with my partner.

 

- Why do you think the real estate price is getting increased? And do you have any idea to decrease the real estate price?

Re: The inflation is similar to the theory of the entropy, the third law of thermodynamics. It can be increase but not decrease. The value of money has been decreased since the recorded history. It is one of the reason that the appearing of new invention or discover makes the value of the existing things decrease. And it is the same on the useful of the land and architectures. It is another reason that human tend to live together, they willing to pay the price to guarantee their safety.  

 

- Why do you think that people buy the major company's product? Even if it's more expensive than others? And How about you?

Re: Rich man buy the expensive things and use it for several years and poor buy cheap things and repeat it every years. Many of peoples believe that expensive things are expensive for a reason and cheap things too. And it is the same for me, too.

 

- What do you think about the punishment in School?

Re: When I was boy, I was punished many times. Those days, the members of the class were over sixty to seventy and the school operates two shift of class, before noon, after noon. There were too many students. But now a days the number of the student per class is small and there are too many schools. And the number of students to be care by the teacher is not too many.

I do not agree the punishment. But the education system is not prepared yet. The education system is stopped on the 1970’s which was established to make the workers to feed their families by oneself. So, the education system should be changed before it is too late.

 

- Is it possible to cook the food without spicy, salty and sweet sauces?

Re: There are many tastes. Sour is one of them. Some of food can be cook without artificial sweetness. For example, the salad is the one of them. Every ingredients have their own tastes, and we can use it. But it will be very difficult.

 

- Big Mac index has been used for the standard to estimate the country's economy and price for 40 years. Is it still valid to estimate them? Or do we need something else? 

Re: We know that it is one of the unformal information. There are many elements to determine price status and economic situation. In Hindu area, it cannot be valid. In Korea, The 돼지국밥 or 설렁탕 price is one of the significant index to someone and the basic fee of the taxi is one of the index to another.  

 

- If you have a store to sell something, but if there is another store opened close to your store with the same item and it do very aggressive marketing, what would you do?

Re: I should build up another long term strategy. It may be one of them those are escape, demolish or together. If I had not competiveness to it, I should escape or exodus from that area. If I had the highly competiveness to it, to demolish is that. And the third strategy is together, the new store and me could develop the commercial area to be specialize together, like as 경리단길, 낙원상가.
