- Do you have any idea of ground rules for the English conversation meeting?
* ground rule: 경기장의 사정에 따라 정식 경기 규정을 적용할 수 없을 경우에 임시로 정하는 경기 규정.

I do not have much experiences with that. But I might suggest some guides. The one is that do not speak until the other person has finished speaking. And the next is that do not say anything that denies the other person. And final is that do listen more than speaking. This is why we have two ears and one mouth.  

- Why do people invest money in the private education before they turn 20 and stop the investment when they become adults?

Many people think that it is their duty to care of their kids until they become adults. And many of them think that their kids should be average or above average. And these days, there are no kids to play with except private academy schools. And many of them believes that their kids may have difficulties to enter the university, if their kid do not learn there. And there are many parents who believe that schools teach their kids, assuming that they are learning all the curriculums at the academy.

- It's almost free to use the restroom in Korea but sometimes you have to pay for the restroom in the other countries. Why do you think the other countries make people pay to use the restroom?
When I was boy, I should pay the money for using public toilet in the bus or train terminals and theme parks as like 달성공원, 동촌유원지. A person guards the gate of public toilet and ask the money or to buy something as paper or gum. But now-days we could not find those persons at the front of the public restroom. It concerns with the income level. As income increases, tax revenue also increase, the government could afford to operate the public restroom by tax income.

- At the beginning of a relationship. If you must do one of these which one would be find to you? having my parents call my girl/boy-friend vs Make a phone call to my girl/boy-friend's parents.
None of them. But I would open my girl-friend’s phone number to my parents for an emergency situation. But, except that case, I would not allow my parents to call to my girl-friend.
