There are many tools. That I often use is MECE, 5W1H, SAMRT, 기승전결 methods, 7-why and 7-what and others.
The MECE is developed by Mckinsey, the full name of MECE is Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive. It means without omission and duplication, 중복 누락 없이. It is powerful to solve the problems or summary some analyzed reports.
5W1Hs are like that Who, When, Where, What, How, Why. In Korean, 6하원칙. It is for to summary meeting report or to draft plans
And SMART is as follows. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bounded(구체적, 측정 가능한, 달성 가능한 또는 실천 가능한, 현실적인, 마감기한이 있는). It is useful to set up the target.
And 기승전결, introduction, development, turn and conclusion 4steps) it is useful to write the report of the strategy.
7-why and 7-what is Ask 7 depth the why and find 7 depth the what. It is useful to find the fundamental issues and solutions.

*Mutually: 상호간에, 공통적으로

*Exclusive: 독점적인, 배타적인

*Collectively: 집단의, 전체의, 단체의, 공통의, 공동의

*Exhaustive: (하나도 빠트리는 것 없이) 철저한.

 

- Easy to get a job but easily get fired vs Difficult to get a job but hardly get fired

It is a difficult problem. But if you could not get the job, you could not have chances to make money for living. And if you could get the job easily, you could have more chances to make money and to get way of not fire. So, I think, the first one is better than the next one.

 

- The world is getting changed by developing AI system. If you have used the AI system at least once, what is the most impressive part?

I had have a chance to learn about Chat GPT and other Tools. When a person asked something to GPT, it answered by imitating a person. It responded like human. And sometimes it lies and jokes too. When I were older than now and there were no one around me, it might be a good chatting friend.
