- Do you think you will experience a generation gap with your children?
##. Yes I guess it. There are some generation gap between my children and me. For example, to use a typewriter, we should have learn how to use it because those days it was not common. And it was for special job and there was many private education institute to learn how to us the type writer. But now days, my kids do not need to learn to use the key board because it was exist before they were born and is very common necessity.

 

- Most people say the book is better than the movie. Is this true for you?

##. In my case, it is some true, I believe. But now days, many people learn through videos. But I have many difficulties to find what I want to learn and to bookmark what I found. And I have many difficulties to memorize after watching videos, too. But using books, those were easier for me, find, bookmark, memorize. For example, watching the title of books on my bookshelf, contents of books are rising in my memories.

 

- What book have you read these days?

##. Twilight, for teenager, a novel of romance and fantasy. The story of love of a human girl and a vampire boy.

Last months, a psychiatrist’s essay, “The reason that why I live funny, today(오늘 내가 재미있게 사는 이유).” The writer have Parkinson’s disease that is a terminal disease. She struggles against the disease for several years, but she found the reason of the life, and said through the book how much many people loves you and why you should love them.   

 

- If you can take any class and choose any lecturer what kind of class you want to do? (Doesn't matter even if the lecturer is dead or not)

##. There are many things. A person’s life story. How can I get the differences between the real and fake in the environment issues.

For example, one of the recycling triangle is “others”, most of people do not know that it cannot be recycled. So I insist that “폐기 or 쓰레기봉투에 버려주세요” for 한글 instead of “others” for English character. I don’t understand that for whom signs was made?

 

- What table manners do you know?

##. As I entered the first company, I learned the table manner for western dinner. There were seven forks, seven spoons, seven knives. The number of each is not uncertain, but there were many spoons and forks and knives. And napkins were two, one is for on the rap, the other was for on the neck. We should use tools from outside to inside. When we finished eating, fork and knife should be parallel shape and beside on the plate, not finished, those should be triangle shape on the plate. After finished completely all courses, we should put napkin crumple on the table. And if we had something to ask to the waiter, we should not call or wave one’s hand. Just gaze the waiter’s eyes till he recognize. And then raise one’s hand gazing his eye. And we should not talk with food in my mouth.

In Korean etiquette, one should not eat before the boss or the oldest eating something of permission to eat.  

 

- What do you think about the status system in England?

##. It’s tradition of that country.

I searcher internet, and I knew that the status is remain in the England. We can find the status at the name and pronunciation. Dessert, we know, is using in the middle class or workers class. But Elite class uses pudding instead of dessert. Workers use toilet, elites use loo or lavatory.

 

- Do you take a lot of video to leave the past life to remind? if not why?

##. When I got a baby, I got the video camera, camcoder, too. That use 8mm tape instead of VCR tape. It was one of the most innovative thing on those days. And some years after, 8mm tape video was disappeared and CD video was appeared. And some years after, personal video camera and VTR player were disappeared in the histories. So, I cannot see contents in films. That’s why I do not take many videos. But now days I sometimes regret not taking many videos for my kids and families. 

 

- Why do you think that Korean don't want to inform that they see a psychiatrist?

##. I think, there exists a stigma at the psychiatry disease. They do not know what a psychiatrist does. Many of people have a prejudice at area of the psychiatry. And many peoples think that who goes to the psychiatry is same to a mad man. For panic order(공황장애), depression, seeing mental state, we need a psychiatrist.
